Deposits and Payments
- I ask for a non-refundable deposit upfront for all orders. This deposit helps cover the cost of materials and the time I spend making your item.
- The remaining balance is due once your item is complete.
Returns
- Since my products are all handmade and one-of-a-kind, I handle returns on a case-by-case basis.
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please get in touch with me within 7 days of receiving it. I want to work with you to resolve any issues.
- If you simply change your mind about an unused item in its original condition, I’m willing to accept returns. Please note that you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to me.
Shipping Back to You
- If an item is returned and accepted, I’ll arrange to send it back to you unless we agree on a different solution.
